Included in these prices:

• Beds made up with clean, fresh linen.
• Electricity & heating oil.
• One dog (prior approval required.)
• Value added tax at 17 ½ %
• Debit card transaction fees.

Not included in these prices:

• Solid fuel for open fires/woodburning stoves.  This can be supplied at cost.
• *Seventh person for Marnie’s is charged at £95 extra per week.
• **Occupants of Creag nah Iolaire barn annexe charged extra at £95 per person.
• Extra dogs – A charge of £20 per dog is made for more than one dog, and they are only allowed by prior approval.
• 2% surcharge credit card transactions.
• Towels - These can be supplied at an extra cost of £5 per towel

Payment Arrangements

Normally £120 deposit at time of booking, with the balance paid 2 months prior to arrival.  Look at our terms of let for more details.

IF YOUR IDEAL DATES DON’T FIT OUR USUAL SATURDAY TO SATURDAY BOOKING ARRANGEMENTS ...

Sometimes we can offer short breaks of less than a week.  Please contact us for prices and availability.
