Riding Holidays

Borlum is the  place for a riding holiday!  We were established as a riding centre in 1963, so we have a wealth of experience behind us.  We have excellent facilities, horses and ponies to suit most riders, and magnificent riding country with views that will linger in your memory for years to come.  Beginners, novices, and experienced riders are all welcome.  We cater for most ages and stages, from the fourth birthday upwards.  Younger children may only have Lead Rides or lessons, with trekking from around age seven.

Accommodation

Three and Four Star Self-catering cottages are available with breath-taking views over the loch.

New for 2008 en-suite accommodation for guests is available on a self-catering basis, ideal for individuals, couples, or small groups.  Catering can be provided for groups who are taking part in an inclusive horse riding holiday.

If you wish to bring your own caravan or tent, our well-established camp site will provide the space you require at very reasonable cost, with access to the full facilities of Borlum Farm.

What about bringing your own horse on holiday? 

Borlum are part of the BHS Horses Welcome scheme (www.horseswelcome.org) and our facilities are there for you to enjoy with our horses or your own.
